Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Production Head / Plant Head

from the

fasteners industry

.
This role is responsible for

running the factory

managing production

, and

achieving daily and monthly targets

.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for

daily production

Ensure 100% achievement of production targets

Manage

machines, manpower, and workflow

Handle fasteners production (threaded rods, bolts, nuts, studs, etc.) Reduce

breakdowns, wastage, and rejections

Maintain

quality, safety, and discipline

in the plant Prepare and review

daily production reports

Improve

productivity and efficiency

continuously
Requirements

8-10+ years experience

in fasteners manufacturing Strong knowledge of

shop-floor operations

Target-driven and result-oriented Good people and plant management skills

100% committed to achieving production targets
