Job Description

Responsibilities:-

? Develop and implement production plans for timely manufacturing.

? Conduct daily morning meetings to discuss goals and challenges.

? Handover calculation sheets and ensure adherence to production standards.

? Monitor powder coating surface area and shop floor activity.

? Track and reduce daily rejection rates.

? Ensure daily dispatch and review order cycles.

? Oversee plant maintenance activities.

? Monitor lab data for product quality.

? Coordinate timely documentation delivery to CRM.

Qualifications:-

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

? Proven managerial experience in manufacturing.

? Strong leadership and organisational skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

? In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
