Job Title: Plant Head - Pharmaceutical Textile (Cleanroom Garments)

Location: Parwanoo(24 km away from Chandigarh)

Salary: ₹30,000 -
40,000 per month

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to lead the operations at our

manufacturing facility specializing in cleanroom garments for the pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in

garment/textile production, and technical expertise in cleanroom garment standards and

manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee and manage the plant's day-to-day operations: production, quality control,

and dispatch


Lead a team of supervisors, machine operators, and support staff ensuring efficient

workflows


Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality

benchmarks


Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry cleanroom standards (GMP, ISO,

etc.)


Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the production area


Improve efficiency by optimizing resource usage, minimizing waste, and managing

downtime


Track and report production metrics and provide regular performance updates to

management


Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to drive continuous improvement and team

development

Candidate Requirements:


Experience: 5-10 years in garment/textile production; minimum 2 years in a

leadership role


Industry Knowledge: Cleanroom garment manufacturing for pharmaceutical or

healthcare sector


Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure high

productivity


Communication: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written)


Technical Skills: Understanding of non-linting, anti-static fabrics and garment

construction


Work Environment: Ability to operate effectively in controlled, cleanroom

environments

Preferred Qualifications:


Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial

Management, or a related field


Experience in pharmaceutical or medical-grade textile manufacturing is highly

desirable
