Job summary :-

We are seeking a highly experienced and results- oriented Plant Head to lead and manage all aspects of our manufacturing Plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards and safety compliance.

Key Areas :-

Operational functions, production planning & execution, Team management, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, Budget Management, strategic planning, problem solving, Maintenance Management , Customer satisfaction and delivery Management, supply chain & logistics Management.

It also ensures that safety policies are enforced stringently and set identifiable goals and objectives for staff.

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. To manage preventive maintenance for smooth and unhindered operation of plant equipment. To take corrective action as and when required for efficient operation.
