Key Responsibilities:

CNC & VMC Operations:

Oversee and manage CNC and VMC machinery operations, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.

Mass Production Management:

Lead large-scale production processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.

Precision Component Manufacturing:

Ensure the production of high-precision components meets industry standards.

Sales & Production Reviews:

Conduct regular reviews to align sales targets with production capabilities.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product standards.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and feedback.

New Project Planning:

Strategize and oversee the initiation of new projects, ensuring timely execution.

IATF Audit Compliance:

Ensure the plant meets all requirements for IATF audits and certifications.
