Key Responsibilities: -
1. Production & Operations Management
Plan, organize, and control
fabrication operations
(cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly, surface treatment).
Ensure achievement of
production targets
in line with delivery schedules.
Optimize
capacity utilization, cycle time, and throughput
.
Implement
Lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives
.
2. Quality Management
Ensure compliance with
customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards
.
Oversee
QA/QC systems
, inspections, NDT, and documentation.
Reduce
rework, rejection, and customer complaints
.
Support audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, customer audits).
and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
Ensure timely dispatch and customer delivery.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Ensure compliance with
safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
.
Promote
safe working practices
and zero-accident culture.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
7. Manpower & Leadership
Lead and develop
production, quality, maintenance, and support teams

Manpower planning, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.

Resolve workforce issues and maintain industrial harmony.
8. Customer & Management Coordination
Act as the
primary point of contact for plant-related customer issues

Review project status, delivery commitments, and corrective actions.
Prepare and present
