Job Description

Production & Operations Management:

Overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and execution Optimizing production processes to meet output targets while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and resources. Collaborating with departments such as Quality Control, Engineering (MEP), Production, Purchase, Supply chain & Logistic etc to streamline operations.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee product quality and safety. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements set by agencies such as FDA, FSSAI, WHO GMP & all other International Regulatory & third party regulatory. Maintaining a robust quality management system for continuous improvement.

People Management & Leadership:

Providing leadership and direction to the plant workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Motivating and developing the team to achieve set goals. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and creating a safety-conscious culture. Recruiting right man power & getting work out put to the fullest capacity. Providing training to subordinates & developing them to become future leaders.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting:

Contributing to the development and implementation of the plant's manufacturing strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals. Managing the plant's budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation. Reporting to Management on all activities in timely manner

Other Responsibilities:

Staying updated on advances in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical manufacturing technologies and best practices. Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and clients.
In essence, will act as the central figure, steering the plant towards achieving production targets while adhering to strict quality and safety regulations. Ability to effectively manage people, processes, and resources will plays a pivotal role in the success of NuVvaGen manufacturing unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

Working as Plant Head in Nutraceutical: 5 years (Required)
