Animal Feed Additive Processing Plant

Location:

Chakan, Pune

We are looking for an experienced

Plant Head - Operations

to independently manage and lead our Animal Feed Additive Processing Facility. The role involves complete responsibility for day-to-day plant operations and offers an opportunity to apply practical industry experience in a stable, respectful, and long-term working environment.

This position is well-suited for professionals with strong manufacturing backgrounds who value ownership, discipline, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for

plant operations

, production planning, manpower, maintenance, safety, and quality Driving

operational efficiency, discipline, and best practices

Managing day-to-day manufacturing and warehousing activities Building and mentoring shop-floor and supervisory teams Ensuring compliance with statutory, safety, and company standards Coordinating with management to support business growth objectives

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:

7-10+ years of experience in

manufacturing / process industry

Prior experience as

Plant Head / Factory Manager / Operations Head / Senior Manager

preferred Exposure to

Food, Feed, Chemical, or Allied industries

is an advantage

Education:

Degree / Diploma / Graduate in:

Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Chemical / Biochemical Science / Food Technology or related disciplines
