- Plant Head/Operation Manager

Designation (Role in organization) - Operation Manager

Primary Role - Operations

Location Taloja -MIDC , Panvel,Raigad

Reporting to - COO

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

? To Lead and strategize all projects with the management team.

? To lead and coordinate with Equipment manufacturers, project teams, and vendors to ensure timely installation and operational readiness.

Operations Management

? To oversee and manage daily end-to-end plant operations , including production, purchase, PPC, maintenance, quality, stores, safety, and Logistics.

? Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operation processes with the team.

? Prepare and execute production plans to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

? Drive process optimization, waste reduction, and machine effi ciency (OEE) improvement initiatives with the team.

? Ensure all equipment and machinery are in proper working condition.

? Oversee availability of raw materials and consumables through close coordination with purchase and stores.

? Contract management and negotiation with Key Suppliers for Raw Materials, Consumables & Services .

Quality, Compliance & Safety

? Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory requirements, and EHS guidelines.

? Implement robust quality control practices to meet customer and export specifi cations.

? Maintain a zero-incident plant environment with proactive safety monitoring. Cost & Continuous Improvement

? Monitor all Operation Costs- production costs, yields, utility consumption, and material utilization to improve profi tability.

? Identify and drive cost-saving and process improvement initiatives and strategies.

? Contribute to Annual budgeting & Planning, KPI tracking, and Management reporting for continuous operational excellence.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Printing Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience

Experience working on KBA Metal Star 3/4 , or other Printing Machines KBA Mailander, Fuji, or Crabtree presses.

Skill Requirements

5-6 years experience in roles as Plant Operations/Production/Project Management , preferably in metal packaging, printing, or coating Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
