Post- Plant Head Experience - min 10 yrs to 20yrs Salary- Open for Discussion Education- B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication

Ensure smooth functioning of both Vasai manufacturing works. Drive production efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Oversee quality control and testing processes. Lead workforce planning, training, and retention strategies. Coordinate with R&D for product innovation and improvement. Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control. Ensure safety, environmental, and occupational health standards. Support execution of works contracts and AMC projects. Achieve KPIs such as production output, defect rates, and delivery performance.
