Bachelor's degree in engineering and Business Administration

Experience required in:

Proven experience in manufacturing plant management and technical project management Strong understanding of production management, operations, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Role & Responsibilities:

The main purpose of this role is to lead the setup and operations of our new manufacturing and assembling plant. The successful candidate will oversee daily plant operations, develop and implement production schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and lead a team of supervisors and employees.

Set up and oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and quality control standards Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage plant budget, optimize resource allocation, and drive process improvements Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and troubleshoot operational issues
