Plant Head (Machining and Forging)

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical

Industry Requirement: Candidate must be from Automobile Industry only

Salary Budget: ?60 to ?70 Lacs per annum

Brief JD for Plant Head Level

The Plant Head is responsible for the overall management of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, manpower, cost control, and supply chain.

Core technical competencies include:

CNC

VMC

Grinding

Hobbing

Induction Hardening

Broaching

This role involves strategic planning, day-to-day supervision, and continuous improvement of plant functions to ensure efficient and profitable operations aligned with company goals.

Experience Required:

1. 20-25+ years in plant operations (technical & commercial)

2. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

3. Proven track record in handling end-to-end responsibilities independently
