Responsibilities
Oversee production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
Drive cost optimization and productivity
Lead cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with statutory norms
Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Represent plant in audits and client visits
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
12-18 years plant leadership experience
Experience in corrugation industry preferred
Strong decision-making and operational leadership

Pay: ?565,294.10 - ?1,057,544.46 per year
