Job Description

Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machines, materials).

Maintain high-quality standards in stainless steel product output.

Operations & Process Supervision

Oversee melting, rolling, annealing, pickling, polishing, cutting, or fabrication processes.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments like raw material handling, production, quality, and dispatch.

Manpower Management

Manage workforce shifts, training, and discipline.

Assign responsibilities to supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Maintenance Coordination

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely upkeep of equipment and machinery.

Minimize downtime and ensure safety standards.

Quality Control

Implement quality checks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with the QC team to reduce defects or customer complaints.

Inventory & Supply Chain

Monitor raw material inventory, consumption, and reordering.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for smooth supply chain operations.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to industrial safety, environmental, and labor laws.

Promote a safe work environment through training and regular audits.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain production records, downtime logs, rejection reports, and maintenance schedules.

Provide regular reports to senior management.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
