overseeing all plant operations, including production planning, quality control, manpower management, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while driving efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Production Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

Production Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize costs.

Capacity Management:

Ensure optimal machine and capacity utilization to meet production targets.

Material Management:

Oversee the procurement, storage, and inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and consistency.

Staffing:

Plan for staffing needs, recruit, and manage personnel effectively.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop and manage the plant budget, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Profitability:

Drive unit profitability by optimizing production, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

Business Goals:

Ensure that the plant achieves its business goals in terms of production volume, quality, and profitability.

Customer Relations:

Maintain good relationships with customers and address their needs and concerns.

Supplier Relations:

Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and competitiveness.

Networking:

Maintain communication with local government and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth functioning of all plant activities.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and address production problems and other issues that arise.
