Plant Head - Plastic Injection Molding Unit

Company: Ronak Industries (Daman)

This role requires complete ownership of Injection Molding plant operations. Candidates without senior-level plant handling experience should not apply.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a

senior, result-oriented Plant Head

to

independently manage complete operations

of our

Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Plant

.
This role demands

strong leadership, technical depth, and full operational ownership

of production, manpower, machines, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete responsibility of plant operations

- Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores & Manpower Plan, control, and monitor

Injection Molding production schedules

to meet output & delivery targets Ensure

optimal utilization of injection molding machines, robots & auxiliary equipment

Implement and strictly enforce

SOPs, process controls, and shop-floor discipline

Monitor

plant KPIs

- productivity, rejection, downtime, efficiency, and cost Drive

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives

Lead

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

and implement

CAPA

for quality & breakdown issues Ensure compliance with

Quality systems, Safety standards, GMP & statutory norms

Control

plant costs, inventory, spares, consumables & capital expenditure

Ensure

preventive & breakdown maintenance planning

with minimum downtime Coordinate with management for

production planning, capacity expansion & improvement projects

Lead, train, motivate, and retain

plant workforce & supervisors

Take

quick and firm decisions under pressure

with full ownership of plant performance

Required Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical / Manufacturing / Operations Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 8-12 years

in

Plastic Injection Molding Industry

At least 4-5 years as Plant Head / Production Head / Senior Operations Head

Must have

hands-on exposure to Injection Molding shop-floor operations

Technical & Professional Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Injection Molding Processes, Tooling & Production Planning

Experience with

Injection Molding Machines, Robots & Automation

Sound understanding of

Quality Systems, Safety & Regulatory compliance

Strong exposure to

Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction & efficiency improvement

Proficient in

MS Excel, reporting & plant MIS

Excellent

leadership, troubleshooting & decision-making skills

Additional Requirements:

Willingness for

long working hours

Candidates residing near Daman preferred
