For Plant Head / In-Charge

in a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety

. They are crucial for ensuring the plant runs efficiently and meets production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Ensuring the execution of production plans, meeting production targets, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality control checks and tools to ensure the feed meets specified standards

Maintenance:

Overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Security:

Ensuring the safety of all personnel and the security of the plant's equipment and assets.

Team Leadership:

Managing and developing plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing short-term and long-term operational plans to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.

Cost Management:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, such as power, fuel, yield, and labor, and taking corrective actions to optimize resource utilization.

Compliance:

Ensuring the plant adheres to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Liaisoning:

Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and implementing best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management:

Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of feed manufacturing processes, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the feed industry, with a strong understanding of production, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹565,388.87 - ?738,256.66 per year
