We are looking for an experienced

Plant Head

to lead and manage our Aluminium Door & Window fabrication unit. The candidate will be responsible for complete plant operations, production planning, quality control, manpower management, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of aluminium door & window fabrication plant Production planning & execution as per project schedule Quality control & compliance with design specifications Raw material planning and inventory management Manpower handling (fabricators, supervisors, helpers) Coordination with project, design & dispatch teams Cost control and productivity improvement

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware & glass Having experience of software like Eva, Logical & Schucal . Having experience of Estimation of material Knowledge of auto cad . Knowledge of machines like double head cutting, CNC, crimping, punching, etc. Production workflow and cutting optimization

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in aluminium fabrication plant operations Good communication and reporting skills
