We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and achieving production targets. The Plant Head will play a key role in strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Manage plant budgets, resources, and personnel effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements. Monitor performance metrics and initiate corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. Ensure timely maintenance and equipment uptime.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field. Proven experience as Plant Head or similar leadership role in manufacturing. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
