Overall

plant operations management

including production, quality, maintenance, stores & dispatch Achieve

production targets

with optimum utilization of manpower & machinery Implement

process improvements

, productivity enhancement & cost reduction initiatives Ensure

quality standards

, SOP adherence & zero-defect manufacturing Plan and monitor

preventive & breakdown maintenance

of machines Manage

manpower planning

, training, discipline & performance monitoring Ensure compliance with

safety norms, ISO, 5S, TPM

and statutory requirements Coordinate with

purchase, design, sales & dispatch teams

Monitor

raw material, WIP & finished goods inventory

Prepare

daily/weekly/monthly MIS & production reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
