Dear All,

We are looking for Plant Head for our manufacturing unit. Please have a look on below details:

Responsibilities:

- Production planning of foundry and machine shop.

- Coordination between various manufacturing departments.

- Ensure stringent QC control and inspections.

- Team building and conflict resolution.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly production targets.

- Monitor, report and minimize monthly rejection targets.

- Arrange labour and handle human resources related issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial engineering/Production.

- More than 10-15 years of experience in foundry / machine shop operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
