We are Hiring - Plant Head (Furniture Manufacturing)

A leading furniture & modular manufacturing company in Phursungi, Pune (Maharashtra) is looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage its state-of-the-art facility.

Role Highlights:
Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, and maintenance.
Drive efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.
Ensure adherence to timelines, cost targets, and customer quality standards.
Manage and mentor a large workforce, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - design, procurement, and projects.

Desired Profile:
12-20 years of experience in furniture / modular furniture / woodworking industry.
Proven expertise in running large-scale production facilities.
Strong knowledge of CNC machines, woodworking processes, and finishing lines.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Location: Phursungi, Pune, Maharashtra
