Job Description

The Plant Head will oversee plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety standards. They will manage production planning and scheduling, supervise quality control processes to maintain product standards, and develop and maintain budgets. The role will also involve leading teams, optimizing production processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management Experience in Production Planning and process optimization Keen knowledge in Quality Control practices and standards Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management related to plant operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work with cross-functional teams effectively Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field Experience with modern manufacturing methodologies or Lean principles is a plus
Exp:- 12 to 15 yrs

Qualification - Btech /Diploma/any Post Graduate
