Job Description

Management of Company's Production operations by maintaining the agreed quality standards of the Products with optimum utilization of resources

Plan and co-ordinate up-gradation, modernization and execution of new projects undertaken by the Company

Ensure compliance with Rules and Regulations with regard to Health, Safety and Environmental Policies of the State and Central Govt.

Develop New Products / Line Extensions for Local/ Export markets

Organogram & Manpower Structure

, Monitor staff utilization, recruitment and development

Management of all licensing formalities with Government and Regulatory Authorities.

Carry out administrative and functional responsibilities assigned from time to time by the Director.

To attend and represent the Company before Government, Semi Government bodies, Courts and/or any other Institutions and Establishments

Implement the various policies of the Company as may be laid down by the Director from time to time.

Implement systems and improve the procedures, GMP, operational efficiencies in association with the management team viz., Production Manager, QA Manager, Manager Engineering Maintenance & Projects.

To monitor hygiene and compliance of GMP and Schedule requirements in all Production area.

Ensure all equipment and utilities undergo proper IQ, OQ, PQ

Prepare and update

Site Master File

in line with

WHO-GMP & PICS (Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme) guidelines

.

Develop and prepare SOPs as per

PICS requirements

.

Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

Implement

QMS application and implication

at all levels.

Ensure documentation, deviation handling, CAPA, change control, and risk management are followed effectively.

Training & Competency Building

Production Planning & Quality Output

Integrate

production planning with quality checkpoints

.

Define critical control points to ensure output meets compliance without delays.

Enhance efficiency while maintaining

GMP compliance

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
