Plant Head - Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Unit

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Plant Head

for our Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of molding processes, and a commitment to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. Coordinate with all departments, ensuring smooth workflow and communication. Implement process controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory, machinery, and capital expenditures. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including GMP and food safety management systems. Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies. Analyze and report on production performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Manage the maintenance of production and molding equipment. Provide leadership and mentorship to plant personnel, ensuring optimal performance. Ensure on-time delivery and product quality. Train staff on relevant processes and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or Engineering (Manufacturing/Operations), with expertise in Plastic Injection Molding. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar plant environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for plant operations. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. Ability to handle decision-making under pressure and manage all aspects of plant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with plastic injection molding/robots and related equipment. Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment operation.
