Responsible for overall management of electric two-wheeler manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and cost control to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end plant operations and achieve production targets
Ensure quality standards for EV components (battery, motor, controller)
Drive lean manufacturing, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives
Manage plant safety, statutory compliance, and EHS
Coordinate with supply chain, R&D, and sales teams
Lead and develop plant teams
Qualifications & Experience
BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical/Production (MBA preferred)
12+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years in a senior plant leadership role
EV / automotive / two-wheeler experience preferred
