Position:Plant Head Location:Coimbatore - Tamil Nadu Experience: 15 - 18 Years Industries:Packaging Responsibilities:
To lead the overall functioning of the plant including - Production, Maintenance, Quality and Admin as well.
To ensure the profitability of plant by optimisation of operations
To lead the team and guide them to meet organisational goals
Employee Management and fostering a team culture
Reporting and Co-ordinating at the plant level, across other plants and Head Office.
Required Skills:
Experience in Injection and Blow Moulding ( preferably in PET field)
Experience with leading a team
Experience in MIS
Experience in working in a organisation with atleast more than 50 employees
Experience in QA, QMS.
Experience in handling migrant employees
Knowledge of Tamil language
