We are hiring Plant Head ( Chemicals/Petrochem/Manufacturing) for Taloja plant Raigad location.

Position - Plant Head (Chemicals/ Petrochem/Manufacturing)



Experience - 15 to 25

Salary - Upto 20 LPA

Location - Taloja Raigad

:

1.General Management:

Business Planning/Production Planning and Control ? Seek inputs from Sales and prepare weekly production plan. ? Scan and identify the external factors and market dynamics for Oil industry. ? Coordinate with Marketing and Production teams and provide inputs to the daily/monthly plans. ? Participate in the finalization of the annual plan meeting by providing inputs for setting segment wise targets.

2. Production

: Finalization of Product Mixing & Blending ? Monitor end to end operations of the unit to ensure cost efficiency in production with specific focus on bleaching operations, blending operations and filtration and finished product delivery. ? Drive the overall quality parameters and intervene in case of deviations. ? Oversee the adequate availability of the manpower against the plan. ? Analyse management reports closely and intervene for corrective actions if required

3.

Production:

Plant Operations Inventory -Purchase ? Seek inputs from production team on possible resource constraints. ? Provide inputs to management for purchase of capital goods and raw materials. ? Provide guidelines to Taloja Purchase team for selection of vendors and monitor forcompliance. ? Intervene in case of any issue and resolve/ negotiate with vendors by exception.

4. Production:

Utility/Safety Management/Maintenance ? Seek recommendations from the team members on improvement initiatives and approve them based on analysis. ? Monitor and track the utilization of plant utilities for optimum use of resources. ? Arrange for and oversee the audits conducted by relevant external/ internal agencies

In case of any observations suggest changes to be implemented. ? Adhere and implement all factory laws pertaining to safety in plant operations and undertake risk analysis of Near Miss & Accident Ratio and guide required correctiveactions. ? Approve the maintenance plan and budget after review. ? Monitor and coordinate with OEMs/ Vendors in case of large commercial impact for maintenance. ? Monitor the quality of outputs and provide direction to the maintenance team if required.

5.

Waste Management

: Waste sorting operations: Post Filtration ? Monitor the actual wastage against the standard. ? Intervene in case of excessive wastage and resolve the issue by directing the relevant departments. ? Recommend/ approve new ideas for reduction of wastage. ? Approve the plan and monitor for implementation.

6. Human Resource Management

? Build a culture of confidence, transparency and trust at the unit. ? Develop, mentor and counsel the next level of HODs to build a strong talent pipeline ? Oversee the implementation of external/ internal training as per the plan. ? Address specific grievances by exception. ? Continuously seek inputs from the HR teams for improvement initiatives. ? Review and provide suitable inputs on HR processes and seek approval from top management as required.

7. General Management

: Budgeting operations ? Review and provide inputs to the budget presented by various departments ? Post correction, present the budget to the management and seek approval ? Track the adherence to the approved budget on an ongoing basis

8. General Management:

Approving policy manuals and other related documents ? Review and provide inputs to the documents presented by various departments like quality management system related documents ? Post correction, present to the management and seek approval. ? Monitor for implementation and track the adherence to the approved

documents.



9. General Management

: Liaison Operations ? Maintain relationship with officials of regulatory, statutory natures and other external stakeholders for smooth running of operations. ? Monitor the liaison activities of the team members for effective relationships with the relevant stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?125,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per month
