Works Manager / Plant Head
Location- Daman
Annual CTC: INR 6,00,000 to 10,00,000 depending on candidate
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in blown film extrusion plant operations.
Strong technical knowledge of blown film extrusion, packaging manufacturing, and related processes.Sound experience with ISO standards, audits, and quality management systems.Manage daily plant operations: production, maintenance, quality, procurement, dispatch, HR, and admin.Proficiency in operational budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our manufacturing unit. The right candidate will drive operational efficiency, cost leadership, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Experience:
blown film extrusion plant: 8 years (Preferred)
Plant Head: 5 years (Preferred)
