Job Description

Production Management:

Overseeing daily plastic moulding or manufacturing operations, managing staff, and ensuring production targets are met.

Process Optimization:

Identifying and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime in production processes.

Quality Control:

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications, and investigating and resolving production issues and rejections.

Safety & Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems like ISO.

Team Leadership & Development:

Leading, motivating, and training production teams, including conducting performance reviews and developing staff on processes and safety procedures.

Maintenance & Equipment:

Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of plastic molding equipment, and potentially troubleshooting malfunctions.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintaining accurate production records, preparing reports for senior management on performance metrics, and managing inventory and raw material orders.

Continuous Improvement:

Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
Language proficiency in Kannada. English and Hindi. There are 11 plant across India. This is a leading plastic container manufacturing company. Main unit is in Vapi - Gujarat and Daman and Diu (UT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
