Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete plant operations with a workforce of 200+ employees. Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and materials to achieve production targets. Oversee CNC, CAM, and conventional machining operations and ensure process discipline. Implement and monitor SAP/ERP systems for production, planning, and reporting. Drive procurement planning, vendor management, and effective cost control. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health, and safety regulations. Implement strong QA/QC processes aligned with ISO & TQM standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digitization, and automation. Lead and mentor departmental heads, ensuring team retention, motivation, and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

12-18 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering industry, preferably in packaging machinery or capital equipment. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, assembly methods, and project execution. Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP implementation and monitoring. In-depth understanding of labour laws, policies, and compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills. Proven track record of improving productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Experience: 12-18 years (minimum 5 years in a senior plant leadership role)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
