Plant Head - Auto Division (Taloja)

We are hiring for the critical leadership role of Plant Head to spearhead operations at our Auto Division Plant, Taloja. This position demands hands-on leadership across production, assembly, fabrication, and maintenance, ensuring strict compliance with automotive manufacturing standards.

Mandatory Industry Background

Only candidates who have worked as a

plant head in the auto manufacturing sector

should apply. Applicants from other industries or other roles will not be considered.

Candidates must have a

minimum of 5 to 6 years of continuous experience as a plant head in the same auto manufacturing company.

Short-term roles or other designations will not be considered.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 9 years of proven leadership experience in automobile manufacturing, preferably in sheet metal, welding, fabrication, and finishing operations.
A strong understanding of TPM and lean manufacturing practices such as 5S and Kaizen is essential.

The role involves managing production planning, team handling, shift operations, inventory control, vendor coordination, and quality control while working closely with other departments to achieve operational efficiency.

Leadership Traits Required

A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to lead shop-floor activities directly.
Strong execution capabilities with a disciplined and accountable work style.
Ability to motivate and drive teams towards plant-level performance goals.

Educational Qualification

B.E. or B.Tech. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
