1? Plant Operations & Production Management

Oversee daily operations of: Pre-Treatment (PT) Plant Powder Coating Lines Wooden Coating Line Dispatch & Packing Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and productivity
2? Quality & Process Control

Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and client specifications Coordinate with Quality and Lab teams to resolve quality issues Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions Support ISO audits and quality compliance
3? Planning, Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Dispatch for order execution Ensure commitment dates are met without compromising quality Manage priority jobs and urgent dispatches
4? Team Leadership & Manpower Management

Lead and supervise supervisors, operators, and support staff Allocate manpower as per production load Conduct training, discipline, and performance monitoring
5? Cost Control & Resource Management

Monitor powder consumption, rejections, rework, and wastage Ensure optimal utilization of utilities (electricity, gas, water) Control consumables and maintenance costs
6? Maintenance & Safety

Ensure preventive maintenance of plant, machinery, and utilities Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns
7? Reporting & MIS

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports: Production Consumption Rejections Dispatch Report key operational metrics to management
Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant engineering field

8-15 years of experience

in powder coating / surface finishing industry Minimum

3-5 years in a leadership or plant management role

Strong understanding of architectural aluminum coating processes

Pay: ₹30,806.65 - ₹70,000.00 per month
