Run daily production activities to achieve production goals and delivery schedules.
Ensure optimal utilisation of machines, furnaces, tooling, and manpower.

Plan production schedules and resource allocation.
Monitor process parameters and productivity to reduce defects and increase yield.
3. Quality Control
Enforce quality standards and work with quality teams to meet industry and customer specifications.
4. Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)
Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental norms, and legal requirements.
Lead safety audits and promote a culture of workplace safety.
5. Cost & Budget Management
Prepare and manage plant budgets.
Control operating costs, identify cost-saving measures, and improve efficiency.
6. Team Leadership & Development
Lead managers, engineers, technicians, and operators.
Foster skill development, performance management, and teamwork.
7. Continuous Improvement
Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and strategic enhancements.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, maintenance, and upper management for smooth operations and growth strategies.
