Job Description

Designation:- Plant Head

:-

1. Lead daily manufacturing operations including extrusion, melting, casting,

maintenance, fabrication, packing, and dispatch.

2. Ensure achievement of production targets (output, OEE, yield, machine utilization).

3. Oversee die management, press schedules, and production planning in coordination

with PPC.

4. Implement lean manufacturing practices and remove bottlenecks.

5. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (ISO, BIS, customer specifications).

6. Reduce rejection rates, improve surface finish quality, mechanical properties, and

dimensional accuracy.

7. Monitor quality KPIs such as internal scrap, die performance, and defect trends.

8. Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety regulations.

9. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of presses, melting furnaces, aging

ovens, die ovens, handling systems, and finishing lines.

10. Ensure minimum machine downtime and optimal spare parts management.

11. Control manufacturing cost (power, fuel, scrap, consumables, labour).

12. Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams--production, quality, maintenance,

PPC, Foundry.

13. Ensure skill development for operators, press supervisors, die shop staff, and

finishing teams.

14. Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

15. Support marketing and sales teams for technical queries and feasibility checks.

16. Ensure timely dispatch and high customer satisfaction.

17. Resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

18. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma.

19. Identify opportunities for automation in handling, pre-treatment, aging, and

packaging.

? B.E/Diploma holder can apply Able to execute instructions. Must work well in teams

Possess, Good Communication skills, Quick Learner.

? Salary:- 70000 To 80000 Per month CTC
