Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Plant Head

to lead and manage the overall operations of our

AAC Block manufacturing plant

. The role involves overseeing production, quality, maintenance, manpower, safety, and cost control to ensure smooth and efficient plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end plant operations including

production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch

. Ensure

consistent quality

of AAC blocks as per standards and specifications. Plan and monitor

production targets

, raw material availability, and inventory. Implement and monitor

process controls, SOPs, and safety standards

. Lead, train, and manage plant manpower including engineers, supervisors, and workers. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams. Monitor plant costs, improve productivity, and reduce wastage. Ensure compliance with

statutory, safety, and environmental norms

. Handle plant audits, reporting, and daily MIS.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as

Plant Head / Production Head

in

AAC Block manufacturing

. Strong knowledge of

AAC production process, machinery, and quality parameters

. Experience in

manpower handling and plant administration

. Ability to drive efficiency, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Education

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering (preferred).

Only candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to work in Jaipur should apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?597,281.68 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
