REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Civil engineering fundamentals (concrete technology & structural design) Indian Railway sleeper specifications (IRS, RDSO, drawings & manuals) Pre-tensioning and post-tensioning systems Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) Sleeper plant equipment & layouts (moulds, stressing beds, batching plants) Industrial safety, environmental norms & labor laws Costing, budgeting, and financial controls ERP / MIS & production management systems

Strong leadership and decision-making Process optimization & operational excellence Risk identification and mitigation Railway & RDSO inspector coordination Data-driven reporting and analysis Root-cause problem-solving
