Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives across the plant. Drive cost reduction projects, yield improvement, and waste elimination. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure adherence to IPC standards, ISO9001/14001, IATF16949 and customer requirements. Support customer audits and certifications. Optimize line balancing, cycle time, and throughput of SMT and assembly operations. Ensure effective capacity planning and utilization of resources. Coach and mentor plant staff on Lean & problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, Quality Tools). Develop and track KPIs: yield, scrap, rework, OEE, on-time delivery, and customer PPM. Present performance metrics and improvement progress to leadership and customers.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical preferred). 15-20 years of experience in EMS / Electronics manufacturing (SMT, MI, Box Build). Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt preferred. Strong knowledge of SMT processes, automation, testing, and quality systems. Hands-on experience with problem-solving tools (5Why, Fishbone, DOE, SPC, FMEA). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Exposure to Industry 4.0, smart factory, and digital transformation will be an added advantage.
