Conduct
root cause analysis (RCA)
for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Develop and update
SOPs, work instructions, PFDs, and P&ID documents

Coordinate with the Quality Control team for
sampling, testing, and quality validations
.
Reduce fuel consumption, improve thermal efficiency, and drive
cost-saving initiatives
.
Implement
Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
techniques to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
and follow safety norms for carbon plants.
Monitor and maintain
DCS/SCADA systems
used in process control.
Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and process reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
carbon manufacturing processes
(carbonization/activation).
Ability to analyze process data and optimize performance.
Knowledge of safety practices, fire hazards, dust explosion risks, and pollution control systems.
Hands-on experience with
kilns, furnaces, reactors, and dryers
preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and team-working skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech -
Chemical / Mechanical / Petrochemical / Industrial
Engineering
Diploma candidates with strong experience can also be considered.
