Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
including
STP, ETP, WTP, DM Plants, Exhaust and Ventilation Systems
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant performance, efficient troubleshooting, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, commissioning, and operation of STP, ETP, WTP, DM, Exhaust, and Ventilation systems.
Monitor plant performance parameters and ensure optimal operation.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with the project and service teams for timely execution and issue resolution.
Maintain log sheets, reports, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Assist in preparing O&M manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Train and guide plant operators and maintenance staff.
Mandatory Skills (Paragraph Form):
The candidate must have strong
technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes
including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Proficiency in
troubleshooting pumps, blowers, valves, and control systems
is essential. Good understanding of
STP, ETP, WTP, DM plant operations
and
HVAC/exhaust systems
is required. The candidate should possess strong
analytical, communication, and team coordination skills
with a
safety-first mindset
.
Qualification:
Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience in
Water/Wastewater treatment or Industrial Utility systems
preferred.
