As we are expanding our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Plant Engineer (Production & Maintenance / Lean / SOP) who can help us achieve process excellency. Role Summary We are seeking a process-focused Plant Engineer (Production & Maintenance / Lean / SOP) to lead the development and enforcement of SOPs, streamline shop-floor processes, and build a disciplined, self-sustaining production system. Your focus will be on the root causes--processes, training, and systems--rather than just daily outputs. Key Responsibilities o Design, document, and implement SOPs across production, quality, and maintenance. o Build a central knowledge base and training programs for all employees. o Ensure strict adherence to SOPs through audits, supervision, and feedback systems. o Drive lean practices (5S, SMED, Kaizen) to reduce changeover time, waste, and process variation. o Monitor and improve process compliance, training coverage, and stability in output. o Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality, planning, and maintenance efforts. What We're Looking For o Graduation in relevant Engineering field o 5-10 years in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in SOP design, compliance, and lean tools. o Strong team leadership; can enforce discipline and upskill a diverse workforce. o Comfortable working on the shop floor and implementing systems in resource-constrained environments. o Proactive mindset with the ability to take decisions independently. o Passion for building a strong, performance-driven organizational culture.
