Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineer to join our team in the Food Production industry. As a Plant Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. Your expertise in maintaining and optimizing equipment and processes will contribute to the overall productivity and success of our organization. As a Plant Engineer, your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of all plant equipment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend or implement appropriate solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of plant engineering principles, as well as a solid knowledge of food production processes and equipment. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Operate the Retort machine through the digital interface \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage operations of all machines of the plant \xe2\x80\x93 operations, training, maintenance and repair. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement SOPs, preventive maintenance programs to avail certifications, process adherence, cost reduction and process time improvements. \xc2\xb7 Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations by implementing and maintaining appropriate processes and procedures \xc2\xb7 Provide technical training and support to plant personnel to enhance their understanding and proficiency with plant equipment, operating equipment and processes.
