Ensure efficient production operations and equipment performance in injection moulding and caps/closure manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and machine performance.
Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Implement preventive maintenance and improve machine efficiency.
Support mould changeovers, trials, and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Track production KPIs and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or related engineering field.
Experience in injection moulding or caps/closures preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
