? Sustainability planning, Resource utilization new technology adoption, design ? Execution of Breakdown, Preventive/Predictive maintenance schedule as per plan
Additional Duties
Execute TPM Concepts and KAIZENS. Power saving, Cost saving projects, POKE YOKE's ? Analyze the Break down trend (MTBF&MTTR) / Maintenance cost monitoring and modify machines & equipment's accordingly
? Prepare the Reports to update the management on regular activities at the plant
? Manage the manpower and shifts in accordance with Production schedules
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
BE- (EEE) - 3 Years / DEEE - 3-5 Years' Experience in Maintenance dept.
? Must have strong knowledge in PLC, CNC System & controllers, Servo Motors & drives - Electrical & electronics, DG, Air compressor & Utilities.
? Having experience in Trouble shooting / Diagnosis of Pneumatic, Hydraulic system ? Exposure in IATF & OSHAS system documentation & Maintaining
? Should have ability to handle maintenance activities in shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: ₹35,403.89 - ₹44,341.72 per month
