Planning & Execution of Maintenance Plan for Plant/ machineries / panels.

Breakdown analysis in terms of BD% MTTR BTBF

Strong experience in LT and HT switchgears along with Diesel Generators.

Experience of handling electrical distribution system with necessary maintenance plan upto 33KV. Supervisory competency certificate upto 33KV will be preferred.

Experience on Maintenance of Power Control Centre, Motor control Centre panels. Air circuit breakers, MCCBs, SDFU.

Exposure on various control panels like Boilers, Banbury Mixers, Calenders, Vulcanizing presses.

Preferred experience on PLC, SCADA, VFD, DC Drives, DC/AC motors, slip ring motors, motors upto 3.3 KV.

History card making, critical spare management, trouble shooting.

Knowledge on earthing and safety relay(IDMT & numeric both).

Rubber industry preferred.
