Role Overview

The Plant Coordinator (Fresher) will support day-to-day operations in the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth workflow between production, quality, and maintenance teams. This entry-level role is designed for graduates who want to build a career in industrial manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

: Assist in monitoring daily production schedules and reporting deviations.

Quality Assistance

: Support quality checks, maintain inspection records, and help in defect tracking.

Documentation

: Maintain logs for production, safety, and compliance audits.

Coordination

: Act as a link between shop-floor teams and management for smooth communication.

Inventory Tracking

: Help monitor raw material usage and finished goods movement.

Safety & Compliance

: Ensure adherence to plant safety protocols and SOPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in any field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/plant exposure. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
