Job Summary:

We are looking for a

responsible and experienced Plant Bus Driver

to safely operate company buses for transporting employees within plant premises and designated routes. The candidate must ensure punctuality, safety, and compliance with traffic and company transport rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company buses safely for employee transportation as per assigned plant routes and schedules. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees within plant and nearby locations. Follow all traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company transport policies. Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, brakes, lights, tyres, horn, etc.) before operation. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bus. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the Transport Supervisor. Ensure discipline and safety of passengers during transit. Maintain trip logs, duty registers, and vehicle-related documents.

Eligibility & Skills:

Valid

Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License

is mandatory. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as a bus or heavy vehicle driver preferred. Good knowledge of local routes and plant safety regulations. Physically fit, punctual, and disciplined. Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
