Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Plant 3D Designer / Engineer

to support the design and modeling of industrial plants using

AutoCAD Plant 3D

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in piping design, equipment layout, and 3D modeling in process plants such as oil & gas, chemical, power, or water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage 3D models of piping, equipment, and structural components using AutoCAD Plant 3D. Develop detailed piping layouts and isometric drawings from P&IDs. Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and project deliverables. Generate general arrangements, and BOMs (Bills of Materials). Maintain and update project-specific standards. Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts. Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in plant design using

AutoCAD Plant 3D

. Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, piping specifications, and equipment datasheets. Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Strong knowledge of piping systems, valves, fittings, and supports. Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other 3D design tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
