Job Title : Planning Systems Lead


Experience : 8-12 Years


Location : Pune





Responsibilities :



Provide expert support and guidance on Kinaxis Maestro for PU end users. Monitor user activity to ensure compliance with global planning standards configured in the system. Troubleshoot system issues and handle defect triage, escalating as needed. Lead training sessions and mentor users to improve system proficiency and adoption. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices aligned with global standards. Collaborate with the global SME community to share insights and drive continuous improvement. Identify process gaps and work with global teams to enhance planning workflows. Represent the PU in digital transformation projects including AI and machine learning enhancements. Once certified, implement minor system updates and improvements.

Requisites :
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Experience in supply chain planning with hands-on use of Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro. Proven ability to lead teams and standardize processes within digital planning tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or JDE. Skilled in user training, coaching, and organizational change management. * Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and IT functions.
