Job Description

:
Plan and revise if needed Construction Schedules as per commitments or timetables of the project with use of specific programs or tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
Establish information on required tools, materials, equipment, number of workers needed and cost projections.
Preparation of various reports, bar-charts, Histograms, Construction Programmes and progress curves, coordinating with clients and consultants, monitoring of the construction programme, etc.
Tracking & Monitoring Progress, using planning tools such as MSP 2000 & 2003 , Primavera
Calculate figures, such as required amounts of Resource available and required, direct and indirect project costs, reconciliations, inventory reports
Review documents, such as Construction schedules, work orders, to determine Resource requirements or material priorities.
Progress Summary and Detail calculation representing project status and Progress curves,
Methodologies, preparing the construction schedules in MS Excel for monitoring purposes,Record Project Progress and construction data, including quantities, consumption of raw materials.
Review Project Progress Plan, critical chain of the project and highlight delays lag and lead indicator to Project Manager and Seniors.
